Adelaide M. Fabrizio, 84, of Chadds Ford, died peacefully on March 27, at home. Born to the late Joseph and Regina Boyle McMonagle in Philadelphia, she resided in Chadds Ford for the past 13 years, previously residing in Concordville.
She retired from FedEx after many years working at the Philadelphia Ramp. Early in life, Adelaide was an active tennis player and enjoyed downhill skiing. She was a lifelong traveler enjoying many trips with the Saint Mary Magdalen Seniors.
Adelaide had her first child while living abroad in Frankfurt, Germany. Adelaide was an active member of the Kennett Square Area Newcomers' Club and enjoyed participating in the Club's many functions while making and valuing the many wonderful friendships that came to her through this club.
She is survived by children, Frank A. Fabrizio, Jr., Thomas A. Fabrizio and wife Monica and Donna R. Fabrizio; grandchildren, Emily A. Fabrizio, Thomas A. Fabrizio, Jr., Kevin J. Fabrizio, Nicole L. Fabrizio.
Interment was private.
