Chadds Ford Dys 2025 kicks off on Saturday, September 13th, and runs through Sunday, September 14th. That means we’re just 50 days away from opening day! The countdown is on for reenactments, colonial crafts, live music, and the new Tavern Night in the Grove.

Kuchipudi

A student giving a demonstration of a classical Indian dance called Kuchipudi at Anson B. Nixon Park in Kennett Square. The dance is spiritual in nature, telling a story of people and their relationship with the Hindu gods. The dance is named after the village in which it originated.

The Victorian House on the Brandywine Conservancy and Museum of Art campus has a spooky feel to it on a gray evening, a bit reminiscent of the house on the Addams Family. The building is one of several that will be demolished because of damage from Hurricane Ida flooding.
